The $100,000 Question: Are You Giving Value or Just Giving Away Your Time?

For the last two months, we’ve been laying the foundation of your business. We got your digital assets in order, we mastered the A.V.O.I.D. framework, and we defined what it means to be a AAA Entrepreneur.

But in 2026, you can’t just say, “Sign up for my newsletter.” You have to give them a reason. You have to give them value.
This is where most entrepreneurs go wrong. They think that the only way to give value is to give away their time in the form of a free consultation. But a free consultation is not a value give. It’s a sales call. And if you’re spending all your time on sales calls with unqualified leads, you’re not building a business; you’re running a charity.
A true Value Give is a free resource that you offer to your audience in exchange for their email address. It’s a sample of your expertise, a taste of the value you provide. It’s a tool that helps your ideal client achieve a quick win.
And when you help someone get a win, you become their go-to expert. You build trust. You earn the right to sell to them.

Asset 1: The Value Give Itself
Your Value Give is the answer to the question: “What’s a small, tangible result I can help my ideal client achieve in 15 minutes or less?”
It’s not a 30-page ebook. It’s not a 3-hour masterclass. It’s a quick, easy-to-digest solution to a specific problem. Think checklists, templates, swipe files, resource guides, or quizzes.
The Value Give Audit:
Is it specific? Does it solve a real, pressing problem for your ideal client?
Is it actionable? Can your ideal client use it to get a result right away?
Is it valuable? Is it something you could easily charge money for?
If the answer to all three is ‘yes,’ you have a winning Value Give.

Is your profile picture a clear, professional headshot?
Does your bio clearly state who you help and how you help them?
Is your link in bio pointing to your Value Give landing page?
If the answer to any of these is ‘no,’ you’re leaving leads on the table.

Do you have a thank you page that delivers the goods and tells people what to do next?
Do you have an automated welcome sequence that builds trust and provides value?
